BOSS BOX
As we have printing and finishing under one roof, luxury packaging was an obvious extension to our services. With a modified system of construction, we are able to make up boxes with extremely intricate design features.

Boxes in Boxes is a piece which we have developed along with our partners on this project. Studio Sutherl& and Fedrigoni Papers to show some of the construction possibilities and craftsmanship of what we do.

PRINT WEEK AWARDS 2016
LUXURY PACKAGING PRINTER OF THE YEAR
London's Boss Print lived up to its name for the second year running to prove when it comes to luxury, it's the boss. "Absolutely outstanding, so well made, beautifully designed and a great choice of materials," raved one judge. The 50 Canaletto ceramic sculpture boxes included a champagne-colour foil-blocked logo, tray in metallic ink and plinth die-cut and wrapped in Kashgar Black Silk. The LVMH box sets had an outer box litho printed on 140gsm Splendorgel and silk laminated. Lavish interior elements include welcome letter with a USB stick inserted into an inner plinth, with the handmade masterpiece wrapped and finished with concealed magnetic catch to hold it all in place.

PRINT WEEK AWARDS 2015
LUXURY PACKAGING PRINTER OF THE YEAR
Judges verdict : "Great detail, great consistency, great impact - a great entry all round,"

The box-and-scroll achievement presentation box for Royal Holloway University included a paper-over-board box tray with a foil-blocked lid and internal scroll in three special colours. Luxury, however, is only part of this category; being fit for purpose and protecting contents from damage is no less vital. The Nexxus Salon Doors PR launch involved recreating a salon experience with a sample pack, the doors of which have clear and black gloss foiling and chrome studs for the saloon-doors effect. Press releases in the top of the box benefit from a raft of finishes and materials, but it's the white foam, strengthened sections and metal eyelets on the presentation bag that ensure the contents remain safe, no matter how rowdy the saloon-bar celebrations from Boss Print.

ENVIRONMENT
We are actively committed to producing work to the highest quality whilst having the minimum impact on the environment. We operate using state of the art equipment, which enables us to produce work very efficiently. Efficiency saves on raw materials and consumables as we are using less of both to produce your work.

We use vegetable oil based inks and can achieve fantastic printed results onto a wide range of recycled material. All chemicals and consumables used are collected by an industry leading recycling and waste management business where the waste is recycled and therefore re-used rather than just disposed of. Our factory is heated from the excess energy produced from the equipment and lighting used in day to day production.

We are very serious about the effects our business has on the environment and are always looking for new ways to reduce the impact upon it.
